The customer is responsible for reading the expiration date of the product and keeping it at a proper storage temperature of 1-2 degrees approx. to keep the meat fresh. The customer must check that the vacuum-sealed is not damaged. in case of damage, the client must inform immediately to Las Pampas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
